The Marketing Manager has the key responsibility of marketing the Leadearly Brand to make it the No.1. provider of training and development for teenagers. The main responsibilities include:
1. Marketing: Managing four key stakeholders (media, parents, students and schools). The focus will be on identifying and developing partnerships with the right mix of channels and preparing marketing materials to drive brand awareness and conversion. This includes online (social media, website, newsletter, blog), print, radio, in school and events.
2. Sales: Handling enquiries, nurturing leads and managing CRM database.
The IDEAL candidate should:

>> Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

>> Be organised and demonstrate great project management skills
