Sadaf is a serial entrepreneur with a first class degree in Computer Science. She started her career as an Investment Banker in Structured Finance at Bank of America. Seeking creativity, she pursued Brand Management at Procter & Gamble in London. Post MBA from INSEAD in France/Singapore she joined the Leadership Programme at Johnson & Johnson as Franchise Manager for EMEA. Her first venture in retail became a market leader in 2 years. She set up LeadEarly to bring expert life lessons to aspiring teenagers.
